Club correspondents GAC of Dubai have notified the Club that the Federal Transport Authority of the United Arab Emirates issued a circular on 18 January 2018 specifying the conditions required for foreign flagged ships carrying crude oil and products in UAE ports, territorial waters and in the exclusive economic zone.
