In Great Asia Maritime Limited v Orion Shipping and Trading LLC (the “Lila Lisbon”) [2026] UKSC 23 the Supreme Court upheld the Court of Appeal’s decision allowing Buyers to recover loss of bargain damages under clause 14 of the Norwegian Saleform 2012.
