BMP West Africa is now available. Produced and supported by the shipping industry including IGP&I, the booklet Best Management Practices is designed to deter piracy and enhance maritime security off the coast of West Africa including the Gulf of Guinea. The booklet contains sections on threat and risk assessment; planning; ship protection measures; reporting and ships under attack. Useful contact details and information sharing in West and Central Africa are also included. The booklet can be accessed below.
