オーストラリアにおけるバンカー条約の適用について

AMSA（オーストラリア海洋安全局）は、オーストラリアにおけるバンカー条約の適用に関して、船主とオペレーター向けの情報を記載した”Marine Notice 03/2021”を発行しました。
上記Marine Noticeには、オーストラリア船籍船およびオーストラリア船籍以外の船に関して、バンカー条約証書の要件に関する情報が含まれています。 また同通知には、石油タンカーに関する要件も記載されています。 バンカー条約適用の対象となる船舶が、オーストラリアの港またはオフショアの施設に入港した際、有効なバンカー条約証書を所持していない場合、船主に対して最大555,000豪ドル、船長対して最大111,000豪ドルの罰金が課される場合があります。
