“Further to our Circular 051/2024 , please note that the Undersecretary of Ports and Waterways issued Disposition 27/2024 (DI-2024-27-APN-SSPYVN#MEC) repealing the Disposition 23/2024 (DI-2024-23-APN-SSPYVN#MEC)”
“The Disposition 27/2024 has been published in our National Gazette on 30th October 2024 and entered into force with its publication.
In view of the above, any and all OSRO requirements under Disposition 23/2024 have been left with no effect.
Please find enclosed Circular 052/2024 , including Disposition 27/2024, a free translation and our previous circular 052/2024.”
