However, should there be dissatisfaction with any aspect of the service we have provided, or the way in which business has been conducted, then any complaint should be referred to the person at the Club with whom you normally deal, or to the relevant Head of Syndicate below. Complaints will be investigated in accordance with the Managers' complaints procedure and responded to expeditiously.
