Panama - Blue Cards - CLC Certificates

Since the Club’s December 1999 circular on this subject the following developments are relevant for ships carrying more than 2,000 tons of oil on bulk as cargo:

The Panamanian Consulate in London will issue CLC 1992 certificates to vessels registered in CLC 1969 countries as well as to those registered in states which are not party to either the CLC 1969 or 1992. The required procedure was set out in their circular of October 2000. Click here to view.
