Malta: Section 37 Injunctions Given Warm Welcome

An amendment to Section 37 of the Merchant Shipping Act deals with the power of the courts to prohibit transfers of vessels registered in Malta. The new law limits the remedy of a 'no dealings' order to a person having a claim concerning a right in or over a ship.
