This Risk Alert, which can be viewed and downloaded below, draws attention to the focus upon passenger ship safety that is being applied by the Paris MoU throughout 2013. Members operating passenger vessels, other than passenger ferries and high-speed passenger vessels, within member states of the Paris MoU are recommended to prepare for Port State Control inspections with reference to the guidance contained in the Risk Alert.
