Navigating the Future of Cruise & Ferry

London is Calling! Welcome Aboard the 2026 Steamship Mutual Cruise & Ferry Seminar

We are absolutely delighted by the incredible response and enthusiasm for this year’s seminar. With such fantastic uptake, we know we’re set for two exceptional days in London filled with insight, energy, and connection.

Prepare to cruise through a dynamic programme of topics designed to inform, challenge, and inspire. Our expert speakers will navigate the key issues shaping our industry, delivering practical takeaways and lively discussion every step of the way.

And when the daytime sessions drop anchor, the adventure continues. We’ll be ferrying you across London for unforgettable evening experiences - think vibrant venues, delicious dining, great company, and just a hint of friendly competition to keep things interesting.

This isn’t just a seminar. It’s two days of learning, laughter, networking, and a little bit of London magic.

We can’t wait to welcome you aboard.

The seminar will provide a comprehensive exploration of key issues facing the cruise industry, including an introduction to the Club’s longstanding involvement in the sector, core P&I principles, and practical guidance on managing crew and passenger claims.

Attendees will also examine emerging legal and regulatory challenges such as new Package Travel Regulation requirements, AI related risks, and increasing anaphylaxis incidents onboard.

The programme features interactive elements including a mock trial and hands on workshops focused on crisis management, shoreside excursion liabilities, and cruise curtailment coverage. Concluding with collaborative discussions, networking opportunities, and evening events.

This page will be updated with Seminar information over the coming months - stay tuned!
