Special Products
SteamshipCyber
As from 1 January 2021, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) requires companies to demonstrate that cyber security is an integral part of their safety management system.
The Club’s new Cyber Insurance product is aimed at assisting Members to respond to a cyber-attack on their vessels and insuring them for any loss of income the vessel incurs as a result. This product is available to all vessels operated by Members, including those not entered for P&I, and non-Members. Initially this product will not be available for yachts or passenger vessels.

We can provide additional specialist cover for additional risks which go beyond the scope of the Pool. If you require any of these covers or a specific cover that is not mentioned in our brochure, please speak to our Underwriting team.
Yacht Facility
Since its launch, the yacht liability cover has rapidly become established as one of the products of choice in the market. This is largely down to the comprehensive, flexible nature of our terms. However, we have also found our size, experience and global reach beneficial in allowing us to underwrite business with higher limits and without restrictions on trading areas or domicile.
War Risks and Kidnap & Ransom
The Club can now offer its Members cover for Hull War and P&I War risks, including cover for piracy, and Kidnap & Ransom (K&R). These covers are offered to complement Members’ mutual P&I entries and provide streamlined service in the event of a piracy, seizure or war event.
