AMSA Under Keel Clearance Management (UKCM) System - Torres Strait

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) has recently published Marine Notice 3/2016 which provides further information about the Under Keel Clearance Management (UKCM) system that is available as an aid to navigation for vessels transiting the Torres Strait. AMSA recommends the use of the UKCM system for vessels drawing 9 metres or more.
