Ministry of Transportation of China Abolish the Sludge and Garbage Disposal Requirement on Ocean Vessels before Departure from Chinese Ports

Club Correspondents Huatai have advised that the Ministry of Transportation (MOT) of China has issued formal notice of its decision to abolish the regulations currently in place which require ocean-going vessels to dispose of any sludge and garbage on board before departure from Chinese waters.
