China: Emission Control Area (ECA) - Low Sulphur Fuel Requirement from 01.01.2018

When berthing at all ports within three ECAs (excluding one hour after berthing and one hour before departure) ships are required to use fuel with sulphur contents ≤0.5%m/m as from 01.01.2018.
