Argentina: Coast Guard Requirements when a Vessel Loses an Anchor before or Whilst in Argentine Waters

Club correspondents Pandi Liquidadores of Buenos Aires have reported on the steps to be taken if a vessel arrives in Argentinean waters missing an anchor. They report on the notifications to be made and say that in certain circumstances a tug may be needed as well as a pilot.
