As explained in the Club's circular of October 2013 ( B.616 / L.225 ), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA's) Vessel General Permit (VGP) requires vessel owners and operators to submit an Annual Report to the EPA. The deadline for submission of this report is 28th February 2015.
