Situation of Venezuelan Ports in Light of The Upcoming Presidential Elections

With thanks to VENEPANDI the Club wish to bring to Members attention the strict security precautions that are being implemented in Venezuelan Ports in preparation for the upcoming Venezuelan Presidential elections on the 28th July.  Note particularly the advice against scheduling crew changes on the dates leading up to, and for at least 3 days immediately following the elections, and for ships staff to remain within port facilities on the date of the election.
