US Coast Guard adjust OPA 90 limits of liability

With effect from the 23 March 2023, the limits of liability for vessels, deep-water ports and onshore facilities under OPA 90, as amended, will be adjusted to reflect the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The limits were last adjusted in 2019.
 

The new CPI adjusted limits can be found in section IV of the Final Rule.
