BIMCO has published an updated version of its Russian Oil Price Cap Scheme Clause, to reflect the changes brought about to the Scheme which came into effect from 19 February 2024. Those changes include a requirement for attestations to be provided on a per-voyage basis, and for the recording of itemised price information for ancillary costs.
