Implications for vessels calling to U.S. Ports of recent U.S. E.O.

A recent U.S. Government Executive Order entitles “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States” issued on 27 January 2017.

The E.O. will impact vessels calling to U.S. ports who are being crewed by seafarers who are citizens of Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Iraq, Iran and Libya.
