Complaints in relation to Steamship Insurance Agency Europe Limited or Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association Europe Limited

The Managers' are committed to providing the Club's Members with the highest quality of service. However, should there be dissatisfaction with any aspect of the service we have provided, or the way in which business has been conducted, then any complaint should be referred to the person at the Club with whom you normally deal, or to the Chief Executive - Rupert.Harris@simsl.com. Complaints will be investigated in accordance with the Managers' complaints procedure and responded to expeditiously.
