The Maritime Safety Administration of Zhejiang Province has advised that from 1 Sept 2017, all ships (excluding warships/military ships, sport ships/boats, or fishing ships/vessels) are required to use fuel with sulphur content ≤0.5%m/m at all ports within the ECA of Zhejiang Province (except within 1 hour after arrival and within 1 hour before departure).
