United Arab Emirates

Official notice from Federal Transport Authority - Land & Maritime - Implementation of the decision related to Qatar sanctions

All Emirates flights to Qatar suspended
All Fly Dubai flights to Qatar suspended
All Air Arabia flights to Qatar suspended
All Etihad flights to Qatar suspended

UAE Ports

Not to receive any Qatari flag vessels or owned by Qatari Companies or Qatari individuals.
Not load/unload any cargo of Qatari origin in any port or water of UAE
Not to allow ships to load any cargo of UAE origin to State of Qatar

Land border to Saudi Arabia (Sila border):

Export and import of all means of transport to Qatar prohibited
All goods destined for Qatar stopped
Only empty trucks with Qatari number plates can return back to Qatar

All Other Ports in the UAE

Situation is unclear but no official announcement yet.

Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Ports (Port Khalifa, Musaffa Port, Mina Syed Port)

Following vessels and cargo categories are not allowed:

Qatari flag vessels or owned by Qatari Companies or Qatari individuals.
Vessels going to/arriving from Qatar as last/next port of call, irrespective of the flag (for further clarifications contact GAC Abu Dhabi shipping.abudhabi@gac.com)
Vessels loading/discharging cargo destined to/from Qatar

Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports (Ruwais Area)

The ports are applying the FTA circular, in addition to the circular issued from Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports.

Qatari flag vessels or owned by Qatari Companies or Qatari individuals.
Vessels loading /discharging any cargo of Qatari origin
Vessels loading any cargo of UAE origin destined for Qatar

Port of Fujairah

Qatari flag vessels or owned/chartered by Qatari companies or Qatari individuals. (Part or fully owned or insured by Qatari insurance company)
Vessels loading/discharging and cargo of Qatari origin
Vessels loading any cargo of UAE origin destined for Qatar

Reference to attached latest Notice To Mariner 225 issued by Port of Fujairah, the Port has verbally advised all Shipping Agents in Fujairah that,  ALL vessels EXCEPT Qatari flag and Qatari Owned, whether coming from / going to Qatar are now permitted to perform bunkering, de-slopping, fresh water supply and delivery of provisions at Fujairah anchorage, however, crew changes is still not permitted. The permission was given verbally by Fujairah port authority and no memorandum was issued for this matter at the moment. Hence, we strongly suggest that all vessels has to contact their respective Agents prior calling to Fujairah port for confirmation.

Jebel Ali Port, Hamriya Port, Port Rashid

The following vessels are not allowed in DP World, UAE Region port or its anchorage areas with immediate effect until further notice

All Qatari flagged/owned vessels
All vessels going to/coming from Qatar as last/next port of call, irrespective of the flag
Vessels loading/discharging cargo destined to to/from Qatar

For other vessels (not mentioned above) going to/coming from Qatar as last/next port of call, it is advised to take advance approvals from DP World and Seaport Immigration. For further clarifications please contact GAC Dubai, shipping.dubai@gac.com)

Saqr Port, Ras Al Khaimah Port, RAK Maritime City, Al Jazeera Port, Al Jeer Port including offshore anchorage

Following vessels and cargo categories are not allowed:

All Qatari flagged/owned vessels
All vessels going to/coming from Qatar as last/next port of call, irrespective of the flag
Vessels loading/discharging cargo destined to/from Qatar

 Sharjah Port including anchorage area

Club correspondents Gulf Agency Company (GAC)  forwarded a circular issued on 20/6 by the Sharjah Sea Port Authority.
GAC advise that the following vessels and cargo categories are not allowed:

Qatari flagged vessels or owned by Qatari companies or Qatari individuals
Vessels loading/discharging any cargo of Qatari origin
Vessels loading any cargo or UAE origin destined for Qatar

However it is still not clear whether vessels with Qatar as their next / last port, irrespective of their flags, can call at Sharjah Ports. GAC urge Members to check with their vessels agents / or GAC shipping.sharjah@gac.com 

Saudi Arabia

Saudi airlines flights to Qatar suspended

Saudi Port Authorities

Following vessels are not allowed to call any port or terminal in Saudi Arabia:

Carrying Qatar flag
The Owner has Qatari nationality
The line is Qatar company
The cargo is from Qatar
No Qatari crew to enter Saudi Ports

Saudi land border to Qatar (Abu Samra):

Border is closed for any cargo entering and leaving Qatar.

Qatar

All Qatar Airways flights to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Bahrain suspended
Qatar Petroleum establishes bunker solution in Ras Laffen. For further information GAC recommend contacting GAC Ras Laffen, operations.raslaffan@gac.com

Oman

No restrictions as of now
Milaha will start operating a feeder from Sohar to Doha this week.
Most container lines have given indication that they are routing shipments enroute to Qatar via oman (Salalah or Sohar).
Many container lines are now accepting new bookings to / from Doha via Oman. Please be in touch with lines for further updates.

Egypt

All Egypt Air flights to Qatar Suspended
Suez Canal transits allowed to all vessels/flags/nations subject to compliance with conditions stated in the present rules of navigation.
At the moment no official restrictions form the Egyptian authorities with regards to Suez

Bahrain

All Gulf Air flights to Qatar suspended
All Bahrain Ports and territorial waters will remain suspended for marine navigation from and to Qatar

Kuwait

No restrictions as of now

Iraq

No restrictions as of now
