Following notice given on 17 February all vessels arriving from foreign ports planning to call at the Tri-port - New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Gramercy - must submit in advance of arrival a “Ports of Call” list to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The aim is to allow agriculture specialists to target inspections on vessels arriving from areas considered to be AGM high risk areas.
